Check-in

Please arrive 5-10 minutes prior to appointments. If you arrive at least 10 minutes late, the appointment would be cancelled.

No Show & Cancellation 

When you book an appointment, that time is set aside for you, and missed appointments prevent us from accommodating other clients. If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment, and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance the first time, you will be forgiven. Future late cancellations and no shows will be required to pay 50% of cost of the treatment as booked. After then you will be required to prepay with non-refundable your next appointment.

Gift card Terms and Conditions

•Gift Cards cannot be redeemed for cash or credit. Gift Card sales are final and non-refundable. Prices are subject to change. 

•Gift Cards that are lost or stolen cannot be replaced. Ping's Spa shall not be responsible for lost or stolen cards.
